Welcome to Blue Lake’s online menu listing for families with special food concerns. We have attempted to compile ingredients lists from our suppliers (and our supplier’s suppliers). Unfortunately, not all suppliers are able to provide nicely organized digital ingredients lists to their customers. In many cases, we have scanned labels and box tops. While we realize this isn’t perfect, we think that it may be somewhat useful to those with severe allergies and other health concerns.

Please be aware that Blue Lake Food Service Department reserves the right to adjust menu items as needed, due to availability or other limitations. Additionally, Blue Lake is not responsible for ingredient changes initiated by manufacturers. It is possible for a manufacturer to change ingredients in a product without notifying the consumer. Regardless of any menu adjustments, ingredients lists will be accessible to parents, campers, and staff on a daily basis at the Food Service Director’s office while camp is in session.
