Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp is currently preparing for our 2013 summer season of educating nearly 5,500 campers and employing 700+ staff and faculty members. We would like to share with you three different opportunities to introduce them to your business or organization.
Online Advertising at www.bluelake.org – More than 12,750 monthly visitors!
Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp has updated its website and included a special place for your business advertisement. Visitors to the Summer Camp and International Program pages at www.bluelake.org will see a category for local businesses. From there, they will have the option to view local advertisers from the Accommodations, Restaurants, Family Fun, and Services pages. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business. All online advertisements will include a link to the website or email of your choice. Online advertisements will be posted within two weeks of the receipt of information and payment and will remain on the website through the end of Labor Day weekend 2013.
Family Final Instruction Packet - Reaches nearly 5,500 families!
Each year, Blue Lake sends camper families a Final Instruction Packet to get them ready for the camp experience. Because most of these families are traveling long distances to reach our camp, the majority of them will stay, dine, and enjoy family fun in the Muskegon area. Blue Lake includes a paid advertisement section featuring graphics and information on local businesses in this Family Final Instruction packet.
Summer Arts Festival Program - Reaches more than 10,000 individuals!
The Summer Arts Festival Program includes descriptions of performances to be presented in Blue Lake’s Stewart Shell, Blodgett Recital Hall, and Jerome and Anne Miller Theater. This program will be distributed to at least 10,000 individuals, including campers, parents, and other concertgoers. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business to both area residents and vacationers! Highlights of our Summer Arts Festival will include:
- The Blodgett Recital Series featuring members of Blue Lake’s faculty
- The 28th Annual Leonard Falcone International Euphonium and Tuba Festival and Annual Blue Lake Jazz Festival
- The return of the Blue Lake Monster jazz band!
- The Blue Lake Festival Band, Festival Orchestra, and International Exchange Program Homecoming Concerts
- Visiting European groups participating in the Blue Lake International Exchange Program
- Alumni Day Celebration
- Performances of The Creation by Franz Joseph Haydn in June and August
Early Bird Rates! Act before January 1, 2013!
To receive Early Bird pricing, the advertisement contract, fee, and advertisement materials must be submitted in full before January 1, 2013. Please see the enclosed for rates, specifications, and deadlines.
All advertisement material is due by February 14, 2013.
